Viene prodotto dalla Vox, storica casa inglese, il più piccolo amplificatore esistente. L’Amplug è un mini ampli per basso e chitarra elettrica, solo per cuffia. L’Amplug Vox, non dispone di diffusore acustico ma ha i tre controlli (Volume, Gain e Tone), un’uscita per le cuffie e un di AUX in per collegare un lettore CD o MP3 . E’ disponibile in tre versioni differenti: Vox AC30, Classic Rock e Metal, ognuna con le proprie prerogative.
Il Vox AC30 riproduce il suono dell’amplificatore AC30, il Classic Rock usa quattro circuiti gain per riprodurre un suono rock ed il Metal usa, invece, un gain a due stadi più un circuito passa-medi che conferisce al suono una timbrica metal moderna ed un suono quindi più strong.
